By the end of the year, the company wants to add another 75 positions
Prague, September 16th, 2015 – the AAA AUTO company is expanding and will relocate part of its call centre to Ostrava. In the first phase, dozens of new positions will be created. The new call centre will gradually employ dozens of new employees. Besides this, the company currently offers a further 75 positions in all of the regions that it hopes to fill at the latest by the end of the year.
The new call centre in Ostrava will be international because a significant portion of the centre’s work will be devoted to the Polish market. “This year, we opened our first branch in Piaseczno. This year, but especially in 2016, we hope to intensively expand on that market. We therefore need to prepare the headquarters of the customer service centre and the sales channels,” stated Karolína Topolová, the general director of AAA AUTO. “We decided on Ostrava due to the proximity of several significant Polish agglomerations where we want to look for potential employees. However, applicants from Ostrava will also have the opportunity to apply for these jobs. The call centre will open at the beginning of October and we plan to invest more than two million crowns into the infrastructure. Rent costs aren’t part of that sum,” added Topolová. University graduates will have the chance to work in the new call centre. AAA AUTO’s current call centre in Prague has 200 operators who take calls from customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. Every month the call centre takes 150,000 phones calls.
In AAA AUTO’s current expansion, besides the positions in the new call centre, it is advertising a further 75 open positions, of which almost half are for experts in car sales and purchases. The Prague headquarters also looked for new people to fill positions in the back office and regular operations.
For new business employees, a fourteen-day training session with AAA AUTO specialists has been prepared for them. Besides basic information, it includes business and technical skills, or company software. The company offers new employees further education along with the developed training system. Among the employment benefits, for example, is the possibility of extra language training and travelling, flexible working hours, discounts for sports and cultural activities, or rewards for recommending a customer or new employee. Employees may thus buy their own car from the company with a significant discount, and may use the company’s discounts with mobile telephone providers or special rates for various types of insurance with partnered insurance companies.
