Car dealerships in Lodz, Poznan and Gyor operate as purchasing support centres for the time being.
The AAA AUTO international network of car dealerships, which is operated by AURES Holdings, officially opened a new purchasing centre in Poznan today. This is the third branch opened this year - the first to be opened was the branch in Lodz, followed by the branch in Gyor in Hungary. The dealer is responding to rising demand for cars in Poland and Hungary.
AAA Auto plans for the new branches to purchase around 200 cars a month. “Demand for cars is constantly growing in all countries. We have already sold 12% more this year than during the same period last year. We want to focus more on the nearly-new car segment in Poland and Hungary, which showing growth in these countries just as it is in the Czech Republic. This is why we have decided to open additional branches, and to commence our activities by purchasing cars, as a result of which we will acquire additional sources of vehicles for other branches that provide full services,“ said Managing Director of the AAA AUTO car dealership network Karolína Topolová.
In opening the branches in Gyor, Lodz and Poznan, AAA AUTO aims to secure a supply line of over 200 vehicles per month, making up for a shortfall at existing fully-fledged branches. “In opening these branches, we want to make our services more easily available to potential local customers and reduce the distance they have to travel to sell their vehicles,“ Topolová added. AAA AUTO currently offers used cars at over 40 branches across 4 countries and sells a monthly average of over 6,000 vehicles, making it one of the biggest European dealers in new and used cars. In the Czech Republic it comes second to Škoda Auto in terms of numbers of new or used cars sold.
